Warranty Inspections
An 11-month warranty inspection is performed before the builder’s one-year warranty period expires. If your company bought a new building or had it custom built, that doesn’t necessarily mean it was built properly. Even if it passed building code inspections, that does not mean it was well built or properly built.
Often new homes and buildings have issues due to incorrect material installation, which then violates the product manufacturer’s specifications. Many of these errors go unnoticed until it is too late and major damage has occurred.
